One of my career dreams has always been to have my own business, but I was enjoying a successful career and the time never seemed right...until NOW. After exploring several options, the opportunity with State Farm became the obvious perfect fit for me. I am thrilled and indeed consider it a privilege to be the agent at State Farm's brand new location as of April 1st, 2021 located at 3441A Jerome Avenue in the Bronx. We look forward to celebrating three years in this community in April of 2024. Let me introduce myself:

I am a native New Yorker. So, I guess I have been your good neighbor throughout my life! I was born and raised in Queens. My parents are immigrants from Jamaica who worked hard all their life. Everything we achieved we had to work for. Having a humble background shaped my work ethic that includes a “can-do” attitude, a strong sense of discipline and responsibility, and a commitment to outstanding quality.

Education has always been highly valued because of the increased possibilities that may come with it. Not surprising perhaps, that influenced me to get my business degree from SUNY at Stony Brook, and later, my MBA from The Johnson School at Cornell University.

This is what you can expect from me:

I have never been a person to only sit behind a desk. I have a natural curiosity and a passion in building relationships and helping people. I want to get to know about you and what is important to you. I am an ardent listener because this is how I learn so much in a short period of time.

Integrity: It’s imperative that I only stand for something I believe in. I will not try to convince you about a product that may be good, but not the right one for you. We’ll look for something that suits your needs. I have modeled this in my previous career. I could never work for a company that I couldn’t stand behind. But even further, knowing whether that product or service is the right one for the person or company is equally important to me.

Reliable: I am a man of my word. I will carry through on my commitments to you. I like to deliver more than I agree to, but what I pledge, I will deliver.

Customer-focused: Serving you is what I desire to do. Timely communication is critical. If you have questions or issues or a change of circumstances, you want a person to talk with today, or at least, as soon as possible. That is the way I do business. Expect a call back. I will not leave you hanging.

After all, that’s what good neighbors do, right?
